In Honor of Mother's Day I am featuring a picture of my mom and I.
I would say this is around 1966 or 67.
That would have made me 5 or 6.

I need to get this picture from my sister and see if I can do a better scan of it.
The whites are so washed out.
But, it looks better than some of the color photos I have from my teen years that have turned orange.

My mom will be visiting for a week from the 15th to the 23rd.
We will celebrate with her then.
We are excited that she is going to come stay with us.
We are done school for the year and will have more time to spend with her this time when she visits.
Please keep her in your prayers as she is still having nerve pain from the shingles she had in April.

We had a last minute opportunity to go to a local garden.
One I frequented with my parents when I was little.
One I have not been to for years because of the cost.
Yesterday they had FREE admission.
