This was a good week. First of all I kept my food diary most days. Second I drank at least 46 oz most days. I think I missed one day. Third, I worked out 4 days. Monday was only 13 minutes because my it was my daughters birthday. I was working out on the Wii when she decided she wanted to play on the Wii as a family. Later we played board games and watched a movie. I did not get to work out further. Tuesday was 31 minutes. Wed. was 1 hour 4 minutes. Thursday my sinuses were killing me and I could not get myself motivated to even work out a little. Today I worked out 1 hour 3 minutes. All these workouts are on the Wii Fit. We did not get to walk at Winterthur, the weather has been too cold and nasty here. I was excited to get to expert level on Rhythm Boxing and Birds-Eye Bulls-Eye. Both work out my arms and I need that. I like the boxing because I get to take out any aggression on the "bag" that I may have. I also like the precision and pattern of the moves. It is a lot of fun and it is a full 10 minutes which makes it easier to get my 45 minutes or 1 hour in. I am also on expert on the Segway Circuit, that is a tough one. It burns my calves. It is very difficult to catch the mole 3 times at the end. My calves are killing me by the time I get done. I have also tried the expert level on the Tightrope Walk, with the wind and the three chompers to jump over I have not made it across yet. But all exercise is good even if I don't get all the way across the tightrope or if I don't catch that dumb mole.
The best news is I lost another 2.9 lbs. Yippee!!! I will continue on. Through the good weeks and the bad weeks. I will keep eating well and exercising. I will keep on loosing weight. Thanks for all the encouragement last week. I really needed it.
Goals for next week:
- Work out at least 4 days and I want at least one of them to be 45 minute workouts and at least one to be over an hour.
- Keep my food diary and track food and Weight Watchers points.
- Drink at least 46 oz. of water a day.
