This was a good week. First of all I kept my food diary most days. Second I drank at least 46 oz most days. I think I missed one day. Third, I worked out 4 days. Monday was only 13 minutes because my it was my daughters birthday. I was working out on the Wii when she decided she wanted to play on the Wii as a family. Later we played board games and watched a movie. I did not get to work out further. Tuesday was 31 minutes. Wed. was 1 hour 4 minutes. Thursday my sinuses were killing me and I could not get myself motivated to even work out a little. Today I worked out 1 hour 3 minutes. All these workouts are on the Wii Fit. We did not get to walk at Winterthur, the weather has been too cold and nasty here. I was excited to get to expert level on Rhythm Boxing and Birds-Eye Bulls-Eye. Both work out my arms and I need that. I like the boxing because I get to take out any aggression on the "bag" that I may have. I also like the precision and pattern of the moves. It is a lot of fun and it is a full 10 minutes which makes it easier to get my 45 minutes or 1 hour in.

The best news is I lost another 2.9 lbs. Yippee!!!

Goals for next week:
- Work out at least 4 days and I want at least one of them to be 45 minute workouts and at least one to be over an hour.
- Keep my food diary and track food and Weight Watchers points.
- Drink at least 46 oz. of water a day.

Hi,
I'm coming by really late this time, but it was nice to see your update.
Do you have the Wii Sports? I find that the boxing on there, and the training in boxing work my arms much better than the rhythm boxing on the Wii Fit. I've built up the muscles in my arm a lot more this week because I've done so much boxing. I try to do 15-20 minutes a day of just boxing.
