Blast From The Past ~ Rachel and Christopher on the Piano

Today I decided to post pictures of my daughter Rachel and son Christopher playing on the piano at my mother's house. This piano is now sitting in my living room. It does not get played unfortunately. It needs work and it needs tuning. I have a dream that it gets fixed and Rachel and I can play it again and it gets played on and passed on to more generations. My siblings and I all played this piano when we were growing up.

 Christopher is just so adorable...

... and Rachel is trying to be so intent on playing her music.
She is doing well to put up with him sitting next to her banging away.
I am sure he did not sit there long, he was easily distracted and did not stay at any one things for very long.

These photos were taken in May, 1998. Christopher was about 1 1/2 yrs old and Rachel was almost 12.

I hope you enjoyed this look back and I hope you join me by posting some of your own photos from yesteryear.... or yesterday! LOL
