Not been a very great 2 weeks.... exercise wise that is. But I have not given up.
01/25 Wii Fit 31 minutes burned 148 calories
01/28 Wii Fit 32 minutes burned 140 calories
I am still loosing weight however and that is great. I lost 2.9 lb since last time I did Fit Mommy Friday. That was 2 weeks ago. I did loose this past week but not the week before that.
I also reached a Milestone.... I am now under 250 lbs.
Goals for this coming week:
- Want to measure my waist and enter it into Wii Fit log and then keep track... at least .
- Want to redo my complete test on Sunday or Monday and see if I get a better Wii Fit Age.
- Want to do better with drinking my water. I did put the rubber bands on my cup but I still have not gotten up to drinking 8 8-ounce cups in a day.
- Work out on Wii Fit at least 4 days.

Go job, Debbie!
I find that if I pour my glass (15 or 16 oz) of water with each meal it helps. (Dinner I have milk, but the water from lunch or snack must be gone first.) It may not be 8 glasses, but it is closer. Salty snacks help, too.
Congratulations on the weight loss! I love exercising with the Wii Fit - it just makes the workout more fun.
I have to go back and read what the rubberbands are about, but I love the bright pink band on your cup. Is it one of the glass cups that look paper?
I did not explain the rubber bands well... I did that in my last Fit Mommy Friday post. My cup is plastic but PBA Free... hubby got 4 of them so far. He saw them at Walmart and at Big Lots. They are sorta insulated and have a lid which is great. They hold 2 8-ounce cups of liquid... so 16 oz. I am trying to drink 8 8-ounce glasses of water a day, 64 oz total. So if I drink 4 of these cups of water I have met my quota. I put 4 rubber bands on my cup. I move one up to the top when I fill the cup first thing in the morning... I move one more up each time I fill it. If I move all the rubber bands to the top and drink it all, then I have met my quota of water for the day. I have managed 3 cups which is 48 oz but have not gotten the 4th one in. I am working on it and 48 oz is better than I was doing.
Oh and the cups come with different colors in the middle. My hubby and son have brown and my other son has green, I don't know what other colors they come in. I love my pink one!!!
Love the cup idea, Debbie! For those of us with some weight to loose, getting fit is all the more the challenge~YOU GO GIRL...we are MAKING PROGRESS!! That's what counts...a steady, HEALTHY change! BIG HUGS and here's to a GREAT week! wooot!
Congrats! Good luck on getting some more exercise in!
