I am thinking... that I am sorry I did not take the time to do scrapbooking last week and that I want to make time for it this week... it is one of my goals for the year.
I am thankful for... my Mom, her continued, relatively good health, that she is still here on earth with us, she is precious to me. And, that she continues to pay for me to have hair cuts once every 15 weeks when she goes to get her perm done. I love spending these weekends with her. Other things we did this weekend: shopping for mom's needs, getting our hair done, time away from the my family once in a while, eating out together, helping her with things she needs done; eating dinner with her, my sister and her husband, my nephew and his wife, and my brother-in-laws mother, who made some of the dinner; playing on the Wii with my sister, and this weekend... driving in the snow, just a little snow thankfully, which I do not do at all usually.
From the learning rooms... da Vinci for History; still doing chemistry, need to catch up on a bunch of experiments I have skipped because of being so busy; still TOS stuff to use so we can review it; for Bible we are on Ruth; and lots more.
I am wearing... jeans, red long sleeved shirt, blue sweatshirt with green sleeves and America the Beautiful on the front, socks, and sheakers.
I am creating... hoping to create a scrapbook page or two or more this week.
I am going... to Bible study on Friday, and no where else that I know of.
I am reading... trying to really work on The Ultimate Guide to Homeschooling that I need to read for a TOS Homeschool Crew review. It is a great pick me up for homeschooling for this time of year, too.
I am hoping... to have a good week of school.
I am hearing... the boys arguing, the cars outside.
Around the house... cleaning needs to be done, but at least we finally got the Christmas decorations down and everything back in the attic.
One of my favorite things... naturally curly hair, now more wavy than curly though, see my 365 project pictures from the weekend.
A few plans for the rest of the week: scrapbooking, homeschooling, Bible study, reading, taking daily photos for 365 project, working on the puzzle the kids have started to put together in the living room on the card table.
Here is picture for thought I am sharing...
longing for spring
tired of snow and cold

What a beautiful photograph! Can't wait for Spring!
I am considering homeschooing, but wish I had started when my kids were younger. I'll be starting 4th and 6th grade. Any words of wisdom?
