Today, among other things, I am thankful that my kids are all saved. That we have that spiritual connection so that we can read and talk about things from a Christian Worldview and influence their live for Christ as we help them mature and grow. We can have a Christian emphasis in our homeschooling, in our reading, in the way we view History and Science. That when there are problems we can seek Spiritual solutions not just put bandaids on. That we can pray and sing and read the Bible together and talk about Spiritual things over the dinner table, on the couch, or flopped on my bed.
Thank you Lord, for this blessing, and for the privilege of leading them to you. Help me to take this responsibility seriously.

Praise God for children who know the Lord!! That was always my 1st prayer for them & my 1st priority as a mother. I too thank & praise him that both girls, now grown, follow Him!

What a wonderful praise! How I wish I could claim the same about my oldest son. I pray daily but he remains stubborn. Ah, the power of Christ, though - always hope. Anyhow... thank you for sharing your heart today. Blessings!
