Goal Planning Monday ~ Week 54


 Time to write some goals and strive to accomplish them this coming week??

My Goals from last week and how I did:
Spiritual Goals 
  1. Read my Bible Daily. Done
  2. Read a Godly book, daily, as part of my morning Devotions. I am currently reading Fearless: Imagine Your Life Without Fear or the spiritual/fitness book from my fitness goals below - Reshaping It All. Done Finished chapter5-part of 7 of Fearless and ch 5-6 of Reshaping...
  3. Listen to Godly Music Daily, as part of my morning Devotions. Done
  4. Write in my Spiritual Journal Daily, as part of my morning Devotions. Done 
  5. Read Power of a Praying Wife and leave hubby a note for each chapter I read. He needs the extra prayers and encouragement. http://zaazu.comDone
  6. Read God's Priorities for Today's Woman ch. 10 "The Art of Living Sensibly" for Ladies Bible Study this coming Friday. Done
  7. Read as much as possible of the new books I got for our Sunday School study. How People Change and How People Change Study Guide: How Christ Changes Us by His Grace I am behind because I got my book late. I want to keep up with the current chapters and catch up as much as possible when I am able to do extra work. Done I am working on the workbooks right now for chapter 1. I hope to get more of this accomplished this week. 
Homeschool Goals
  1. Get back to homeschooling all 12 workboxes. Done, mostly and the thing we missed on Friday was my fault and we will make it up today.
  2. Keep up with logging in the boys work and grading as we go through the week. Done 
Blog Goals    
  1. Post Blast From The Past on Tuesday. Done
  2. Join in some favorite memes that I like to do. Done 
  3. Post the Virtual Curriculum Fair post that I missed from last week. Done I had it done last night and scheduled to post this morning.
Fitness Goals    
  1. Exercise 3 days for at least 15 min each time. http://zaazu.comDone I worked out Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I wanted to work out more but at least I attained my goal... and lost 3 lbs.
  2. Eat Better, more fruits and veggies and write down what I eat. Done 
  3. Drink 48-64 oz of water daily and keep track. Done I did not keep track all the time but I did drink water, and some other beverages.
  4. Read some of Reshaping It All: Motivation for Physical and Spiritual Fitness by Candace Cameron Bure. Done I read ch. 5 and 6 as stated above. 
Personal/Other Goals 
  1. Comment on all the other GPM ladies posts. Keep track of their names with links here so I know whose I have done. Done I commented on the participating blogs at Our Hostess @ Mama Manuscripts, Paisley Parmer @ Home School Tweet, Kym @ Homeschool Coffee Break, Anna @ Molding Minds HS, Tim @ Families Again, and Birdie.
  2. Purge and toss some unneeded items making room for my hubby. He says he cannot be creative with clutter around... so I need to get rid of some stuff to make room for him. Done 
  3. Read, Read, Read! I will be linking up my reading this year to I am currently reading a number of things... for personal, fun, fiction reading I am reading We Have This Moment (The Tales from Grace Chapel Inn Series #11), Emma by Jane Austen, and The Hidden Flame (Acts of Faith, Book 2) Done I have not completed another book but I am close to finishing The Hidden Flame.  
  4. Keep up with making dinners and doing kitchen chores. I am doing all the cooking until the end of January. Done And now we are back to all doing chores and cooking. We are doing things a little differently and we will see how it goes.
For this week that is 20 Done, 0 Partly Done, and only 0 Not Done


My goals for this coming week:

  3. Make sure the boys do their essays this week and encourage the boys to make up one that they are behind on.

  2. Join in some favorite memes that I like to do.
Fitness Goals  
      Watch for Weight Loss Wednesday posts from now on to find my Fitness goals and update. I don't want to do it in both places because it make it harder to track.
    Personal/Other Goals

    3. Read, Read, Read! I will be linking up my reading this year to I am currently reading a number of things... for personal, fun, fiction reading I am reading We Have This Moment (The Tales from Grace Chapel Inn Series #11), Then I will be starting A Time to Love by Barbara Cameron (Quilts of Lancaster County book 1) I got this from the library because I got book 2 from some books our church library was giving away. I may also read parts of Emma by Jane Austen, or The Hidden Flame (Acts of Faith, Book 2) which I am reading on my Nook.  
    4. We are back to sharing the meals and chores. Make sure the kids keep up with chores.
    5. Make sure the kids plan their meals for the rest of February.

    Fantastic that you got to put "Done!" by each of the goals! You had a lot of them too. Very encouraging, since I had a less successful week.

    YAHOO, for a week of "DONE"s! I don't think I've ever gotten to say that. I hope that you have a very successful week again this week, my friend. I've been reading your Blast from the Past posts and I really want to start posting, too. There are some many things I've intended to blog about but haven't gotten around to.
