- Work out at least 4 days on the Wii Fit. I worked out 6 days last week: Feb. 19, 21, 22, 23, 23, 25. I worked out at least 30 min a day and some days 45 or 50. The intensity of the workout is slowly growing as well, and I can do more aerobic exercises in my workout. I am also feeling stronger.
- Drink at least 46 oz of water a day. Success and one day I even got to 64 oz. Yippee!!
- Eat healthy. Start tracking my food intake and not just guessing... I want to keep a food journal and not just keep the list of what I eat for a day. I want to track my eating habits. I made a food diary and started tracking my food intake and points for WW.
Goals for next week:
- Work out at least 4 days and I want at least 2 of them to be 45 minute workouts.
- Keep my food diary and track food and Weight Watchers points.
- Drink at least 46 oz. of water a day.

That's awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteAs for working my arms on the Wii, I do the triceps extension. I also discovered that by simply playing the snowball fight, alternating which arms do the remote, that has done a lot. I was shocked by the results from that one game. That is what motivated me to find other things to work my arms even more.
I also do the boxing, juggling, parade, and kung fu. I use 5# weights when I do the triceps extension. I also use the weights aside from the Wii to give my arms an even more thorough workout, and that only takes 10-15 minutes.
Wow, wow, wow! Six days of workouts! That's just awesome!
ReplyDeleteYou're doing so well! I hope you have another great week.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your weight loss! Wii Fit is great! I am just finishing up my first week with Weight Watchers. My first weigh in is Friday morning. I'm nervous and excited. I am still trying to get use to the points instead of counting the calories.
ReplyDeleteI've been drinking a ton of water. But I feel great.
