Digital Scrapbooking

I was so excited to receive the My Memories Suite software as a winner of a giveaway. Since then I have played with it a few times. This weekend My Memories is having a party to celebrate NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING DAY and CINCO de MAYO I have been working on some scrapbook pages with the new kits I received from their blog hop yesterday, kits I got with a code for $10 in free kits (which I got when I won the software), and a coupon they recently had for $5 off if you spend at least $15. I used some of my birthday money from my 50th birthday party last June. I am finally finding some things I want to spend it on. My Memories has had challenges going on this week to aid in the celebration, with prizes of course. Here are the pages I have been working on.

This challenge was to use a certain font.
They gave us the link to the font.
So this had me learning how to add a font to Windows so that I could use it
and then finding and using that font in the My Memories software.
Now that I know how easy it is to add the fonts I have added more and will add still more in the future I am sure.

This second challenge was full of 5's because of Cinco de Mayo (today) being the 5th of May.
I had to use
5 photos
5 words
5 ribbons
5 flowers
and 5 papers.

What do you think???

Be easy on my with your comments. Remember I have only been using this software a few weeks and have only completed 5 pages or so.Also these are the very first pages I did for a challenge.

I will update this as I do more pages. I have 2 more challenge pages to do, one has to have black and white photos in it and one is a theme challenge. Oh, and there is a speed scrap tonight also. That will be my first one of those to do.
