This was a good week. First of all I kept my food diary most days. Second I drank my water. Third, I worked out 4 days so far and plan to work out later today for 45 minutes. Sat. I did 34 min. Mon. 46 min. Tues. I did not work out. Wed was 1 hour 4 min. Thurs. was 34 min. All these workouts are on the Wii Fit. Wednesday I finally made it all the way across the Tightrope Walk on expert level. I am really enjoying the boxing and I do expert level, about 10 minutes, every day.
We still did not get to walk at Winterthur, the weather has been too cold and nasty here, today we even had some snow!
The best news is I lost another 2.6 lbs. Yippee!!! I am now under 240... exact weight 238.1.
Goals for next week:
- Work out at least 4 days and I want at least one of them to be 45 minute workouts and at least one to be over an hour.
- Keep my food diary and track food and Weight Watchers points. Limit after dinner snacking... this seems to be the key for me. I have lost weight much more consistently this week if I have my snack in the afternoon and if I a treat later it has to be with or right after dinner. No eating later while on my computer. This is sooo hard for me, but the weight loss is worth it.
- Drink at least 46 oz. of water a day.
